Fun In The Sun

I am a big fan of the sunshine. It makes people happier and it is beautiful. Today has been no exception. T won There isn't a kid on this earth that doesn't enjoy being out in the warmth of the sun, playing with their friends. Our oldest son, Brady, asked me how long Grandma Fish (my mom) would have us play outside. I replied that she wanted us to go out and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. She felt that it was important that we were active. The older I have become, the more important that is to me. It is important to be as active as we can be. I have given some serious thought to the importance of getting sufficient exercise so that I have enough energy to accomplish all that there is do in life. A little 'self-exertion' hasn't ever hurt anyone...and it won't hurt any of us either.
